Shipping policy

We ship all items from Hong Kong. You will receive an email with your tracking information.

At the moment, we only offer Local delivery within HONG KONG. For international orders, please contact us via email at info@restorehydration.com.

The shipping fee depends on the amount of your purchase. Your order will be delivered in 5-14 business days.

We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and on Hong Kong Public Holidays. Shipping may take longer during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather. We don’t ship more than 25kg per order.
